At the end of the tenancy, it’s vital that an accurate check out inspection is undertaken in reference to the check in report at the beginning of the tenancy, noting any differences in condition. Having been compiled by an independent third party, this report will accurately document damage and the level of cleanliness in the property, and will be used as impartial evidence in case of a deposit dispute.
